About us
The Toledo Photo Arts Club is a Resident Organization of the Toledo Botanical Garden and a
Northwest Ohio Camera Club Council Member. Our purpose is to provide educational
opportunities to members and the public. We strive to assist members in improving their
photography skills through fellowship and involvement in the club's activities. We offer
exciting educational meetings, seminars, classes, contests, fun photo excursions and
informative programs. Our web site, monthly newsletter, "The Viewpoint" and e-mails
keep members informed about upcoming club activities.
Our club house is located in the village area of the Toledo Botanical Garden. This facility
contains a studio and space for our members to meet and display their best work to the public.
Meetings are generally held on the first and third Thursdays at 7:30 PM in the Crosby Conference
Center. During the summer we meet in our club house. Meetings are open to the public
and we encourage anyone to join us. The meetings offer an opportunity to learn from guest
speakers, photography related manufacturers and presentations by our club members. We
also hold club contests and an annual contest to challenge your photographic skills.
